Media Manager
Information Technology administers a streaming media cluster for University faculty and administrative staff who want to use streaming technology as a tool to enhance their teaching and research activities. The media cluster supports files in Real, QuickTime, or MS Media streaming formats. The application used to upload pre-produced streaming files is called Media Manager.
Storage space is available to all ASU faculty and staff. Users are initially provided with 100Mb of space. Requests for additional disk space should be made to the Media Manager help list. Please include an explanation outlining your project goals, and the amount of additional storage required. UTO will work with you or your department to acquire additional, dedicated disk should your project needs exceed 1Gb.
The Media Manager is accessible through the myASUCourses environment. Login to myasucourses.asu.edu and the link is visible in the column on the left side of the page.
